2 salsa recipes. Don't say I never gave ya anything.

Salsa
40 ounce can of tomatoes
1 bell pepper
1/2 jalapeno
2 cloves garlic
1/2 red onion
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 T. salt
Put in the processor until you reach the desired puree.

Gary's extreme salsa (I used to make this a lot. Now I am lazy and have a Costco membership)
1 white onion
1/2 jalapeno
1/2 anaheim
2 cans of whole peeled tomatoes
1 bunch of cilantro (I never used the whole bunch)
some salt
1/4 cup vinegar
mix a 1/4 inch slice of the onion, and both peppers in the blender until mostly little chunks. Open the canned tomatoes and drain about half the juice and add them in the blender. Add a generous pinch of salt, vinegar, and most of the cilantro leaves and blend.

Salsa is a great diet food as it is fat and practically calorie free and it makes a ton of really blah things taste good. (Eggs, black beans and brown rice, triskits and cottage cheese, a great dressing on a salad with chicken)
